Notice of Annual General Meeting

Namaskar Members,

Hope you are all fine and staying safe during this COVID-19 pandemic.

Aylesbury Hindu Temple Trust announces that it’s 2020 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) which will be held on Saturday, 28th November 2020 between 4:00pm-6:00pm.

In connection with this, the Notice of AGM will be posted on our website and also communicated to our members through usual communication channels. In light of the current UK Government measures and to keep our members safe, the AGM this year will be run online via zoom. The zoom details will be communicated couple of days prior to this meeting. If there is any changes to the current arrangements for the AGM, the information will be sent out and will be made available on our website – www.aylesburyhindutemple.org

Aylesbury Hindu Temple Trust is very keen to engage and always stay connected with the community. So every member is encouraged to join this zoom meeting. It is essential that you RSVP your attendance for this meeting via this link – AHT Trust AGM RSVP – 28th November 2020 4pm-6pm and also post your question in this form. You will be sent the zoom link to join the AGM if you have RSVP’ed. Please RSVP latest by 21 Nov 2020.

There will be Q&A session after the AGM presentation by the Trust Board where we will take questions that you posted. In addition to the general update, different AHT Trust sub-committees will also provide updates during this meeting. So this meeting will provide good opportunity to understand AHT Trust progress.
