The tournament will be played in full accordance with the Laws of Badminton. In the event of any dispute, the Referee’s decision shall be final.

Schedule : This is a preliminary schedule and is subject to changes, based on number of registrations.
MEN’S DOUBLE: 08.30AM – 10.30AM
WOMEN’S DOUBLE: 10.30AM – 12.30PM
JUNIOR’S DOUBLE: 12.30PM – 02.00PM
Entry closing date :
a. Entries closing date 23 Feb., 2019-23.59 hours.
b. After the closing date, the AHT Online System will send a notification confirming reception of final entries to all participating Members. Receipt of this notification is the conclusive evidence of reception of entries before the deadline.
c. The will close immediately at the time stated above. Late entries will not be accepted.
System of play
All events will be played according to a knockout system.
Match conditions
a. Competitors must be prepared to play 15 minutes before scheduled time. No exception will be made to this rule.
b. Shuttlecocks will be used exclusively. Shuttles will be free of charge.
c. An umpire will be appointed for each match.
d. For the tournament 4 courts are available.
e. Competitors should make sure that they are fit to play.
f. Aylesbury Hindu Temple Trust will not be liable for any injury caused during the match.
After each final there will be a prize giving ceremony for all players who played the event. AHTT Badminton Trophy will be awarded to Winners and Runner up from each category.
Clothing and advertising
Clothing worn by players during play has to be acceptable badminton sports clothing. Each article of clothing may be of any colour or combinations of colours. You can also buy T-shirt from AHT Member (Tarun Salhotra) by paying £10.00.
